We would love for you to chose Rafiki Adventures to plan your Uganda trip experience; be it for a volunteer trip, school trip, Mountain Gorilla trekking, city cultural tour or any of our other safari options.
Most of our clients contact us during the very earliest stages of their research regarding their trip to Uganda. Contacting us early is a good idea as we can help point you in the right direction from the very start. In your initial contacts with us when booking a Uganda tour, we need you to tell us as much as you can about what you have in mind for your trip so that we can tailor-make a safari with you in mind. Tell us about the kind of experiences you want to include, specific places in Uganda you might want to visit, number of people in your group, dates of trip, and your budget.
Once we have finalized your trip itinerary, then we will need a deposit of 50% payment by bank transfer in USD. We will issue a receipt. You will confirm any connecting arrangements such as international flights and airport pick-ups. Final payment on your trip will be due before your Uganda travel date.
Whilst you are actually travelling in Uganda, your primary source of support comes from the Rafiki Adventures drivers and guides that will assist you with traveling from place to place.
For further support, our Rafiki Adventures team in Uganda will assist you in coordinating your trip or making any changes necessary.
